SULO hinge pins are strong sturdy and designed specifically to suit the internal rosette SULO bin handle format. 

 

Provides the customer with a hinge pin specifically designed for an improved, tighter fit that prevents the lid from coming loose and falling off.

Features:

• Bevelled edges: The hinge pin is smooth and clean.

• Length: Creates a greater surface area for interference and grip once in the handle and ensures a secure fit.

• Teeth: The hinge pin incorporates 14 teeth rings that splay into the handle once inserted. This creates a tight and secure fit and prevents the hinge pin coming loose.

• Nesting ring and bar: The nesting ring and bar currently create additional surface area for interference and grip to allow for a tighter fit. Once the handle cores have been modified the nesting ring and bar will also ‘lock’ into place, further increasing the resistance and preventing the hinge pin from coming loose.

• Hollow core: The hollow core provides an easy access point for trouble free removal of the pin, when it is required. It also allows for the extensive detail in the hinge pin during the moulding process.

• Strength:  The new hinge pin is more than three times stronger than the previous design. This gives our customers confidence in the products they supply to their customers.
